Lenovo’s newest gaming phone from its Legion series is out now and it has some mightiest and greatest things to offer. Dubbed Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2 (yes, the name is that big), the phone has an unusual yet useful design for mobile gamers. Note that, past rumors have addressed it to be Lenovo Legion 2 Pro.
Just like its name, the phone has a larger screen as well that measures at 6.92-inches. Lenovo has tried to offer all those things that a mobile gamer might want in their phone. It comes with two cooling fans to keep the heat in control in case of extensive usage; two batteries for long hours of playtime, two Type-C ports.
The back cameras’ module stays right in the middle of the back panel so that the users get enough room to place their fingers while playing.
The display of the Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2 supports a 144Hz refresh rate for that extra butter smoothness. It also gets HDR10+ support that adds enhanced colors and vibrancy to the games. Furthermore, the screen gets a 720Hz touch sampling rate, the highest on any smartphone today. Having this onboard means the screen the device will respond to user input quickly without any delay, another very important aspect of a smooth gaming experience.
Going deeper into the gaming-specific features on the Legion Phone Duel 2, the phone gets eight virtual keys, including four ultrasonic shoulder buttons, two rear capacitance points, and two force-based points in the screen itself. The phone also features a new dual haptic feedback system to deliver more precise responses to your actions.
Another powerful feature of the Legion Phone Duel 2 is a 90W fast-charging tech that would charge the dual-cell battery fully in 30 minutes. It has a 44MP camera that pop-up right from the middle of the phone for taking selfies and live-streaming your gameplay. The phone gets a mammoth 18GB RAM.

Overall, the Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2 looks immaculate and should launch in the global markets as well. Currently, it’s been launched in China and will come to Europe as well at a starting price of €799 (about $948) for 12GB/256GB of storage variant, €999 for 16GB/512GB of storage. It comes in Ultimate Black and Titanium White color options.
