Nokia C10/C20, Nokia G10/G20, Nokia X10/X20 with Android 11 launched

In its biggest smartphone launch to date, Nokia has announced six different smartphones spread across three lineups. These are Nokia C10, Nokia C20, Nokia G10, Nokia G20, Nokia X10, and Nokia X20. The Nokia C-series is aimed at budget buyers, the Nokia G-series features mid-range offerings, and Nokia X-series is the most expensive one.

Nokia X10 and X20

The Nokia X10 and Nokia X20 (pictured above) are the two devices with the best that Nokia has to offer at this price segment. Both phones have a 6.67-inch Full HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) punch-hole display with 450 nits of brightness. They further have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 processor and a 4,470mAh battery with 18W fast charging.

It is the configuration options and camera specifications that differ. The Nokia X10 is available in 4GB/128GB, 6GB/64GB, and 6GB/128GB options with microSD card support. It has a quad-camera setup including a 48-megapixel primary sensor with ZEISS optics, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, it has an 8-megapixel shooter to click selfies and attending video calls.

Nokia X10

The Nokia X20 comes with 6GB and 8GB of RAM but a single 128GB storage option. The camera setup is unchanged except for the main 64-megapixel sensor with ZEISS optics and a 32-megapixel selfie shooter. Other common features include the Android 11 operating system, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 5.0, OZO audio for video recording, NFC, and a dedicated Google Assistant button. The company has also assured at least 3 years of OS update and monthly security patch releases.

The Nokia X10 and Nokia X20 pricing start at EUR 309 and EUR 349 respectively with sales beginning June and May. The available color options include Forset and Snow for the Nokia X10 and Nordic Blue and Snow for the Nokia X20.

Nokia G10 and G20

The Nokia G10 and G20 sport a 6.5-inch HD+ notched display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. These are powered by the MediaTek Helio G35 processor and a 5,050mAh battery supported by 10W charging speed. They further share an 8-megapixel front camera, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, a dedicated Google Assistant button, and an IPX2 rating.

The Nokia G20 features a quad-camera setup with a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a 5-megapixel ultrawide camera, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. It also has OZO audio support for video recording. On another hand, the Nokia G10 only has triple rear cameras: a 13-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.

Nokia G10

Both these smartphones will be running Android 11 out of the box. The company has promised at least 2 years of OS upgrades and 3 years of monthly security patch updates. Nokia has priced the G10 and G20 at EUR 139 and EUR 159 respectively for the base models. These will be available for purchase starting late April and May respectively. The Nokia G10 is available in Dusk and Night color options and with Nokia G20, you will get Glacier and Night colors.

Nokia C10 and C20

Nokia has offered a 6.5-inch HD+ notched display with both Nokia C10 and Nokia C20 smartphones. These are budget offerings so you should not be expecting anything fancy here. The two models are powered by the quad-core Unisoc SC7331e and octa-core Unisoc SC9863a processors respectively. There is a 3,000mAh removable battery with 5W charging speed.

The camera department includes a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera on both models. The Nokia C10 has been launched in 1GB/16GB, 2GB/16GB, and 2GB/32GB configuration models. If you are interested in the Nokia C20, you will be able to choose between 1GB/16GB and 2GB/32GB options. Both these phones will boot Android 11 (Go edition) out of the box and will get quarterly security patch updates for up to three years.

Nokia C10

The Nokia C10 and Nokia C20 will cost you EUR 79 and EUR 89 respectively for the base models. As for all other variants, pricing details are yet to be revealed. Both of these will go on sale in June with Grey/Light Purple and Dark Blue/Sand color options respectively.
