Next Apple event date is April 20 as per Siri

13 April 2021 0

All Apple fans and tech enthusiasts, in general, are waiting for the company's next event. It is speculated to happen sometime in April but there has not been any official announcement or teaser yet. But as things have turned out, it seems like Apple's digital assistant Siri has accidentally leaked the event date.

As spotted by many Apple users including us here at MobileScout, Siri has revealed that the next Apple event will take place on April 20th i.e next week. It mentions the date in response to any question related to Apple events. For example, you can ask: "When is the next Apple event?". It is found to be answering the same data across all sorts of devices including iPhone, iPad, MacBook, and HomePod smart speakers.

Siri further mentions that the April event will be held at Apple Park in Cupertino, California. It then asks users to visit the official Apple website to get additional details. We did visit the website and the dedicated Apple events webpage but the company is yet to make any changes to that. This has led us to believe that Siri's response to the question is premature and most likely an accident.

If we talk about what could we be seeing during the April event, the main highlight will be the new iPad Pro models. One of these will be a 12.9-inch display variant with the mini-LED display tech. Apple's much-rumored and long-awaited and delayed AirTags trackers are also expected to make their official public appearance this month.
