Realme X7 Max alleged retail box reveals Dimensity 1200 SoC

05 May 2021 0

Realme apparently has a new smartphone to launch soon in India and if the growing number of leaks and tips are to be believed, this is going to be the Realme X7 Max. The phone was supposed to launch at the company's scheduled May 4 event but got postponed due to the Covid crisis that the country is currently facing. Realme hasn't yet disclosed the new launch date but we believe it could happen somewhere in June since the COVID second wave in India is said to rise in May as well, so it makes sense to see the company launching its new products next month only.

Meanwhile, known tipster @Gadgetsdata took to Twitter to share a glimpse of the alleged retail box of the phone Realme X7 Max. The tipster didn't reveal the full live image of the retail box but did share a glimpse that shows what key specifications the Realme X7 Max possesses.

As per the only image provided, the Realme X7 Max is powered by Dimensity 1200 5G processor. Also, it has a 120Hz Super AMOLED display. The tipster hid the other details but did comment that the phone looks to be the rebranded version of the Realme GT Neo phone that launched in China in March.

Since the phone is expected to be a rebranded Realme GT Neo, the Realme X7 Max may feature a 6.43-inch screen. It may carry a 360Hz touch sampling rate and a 91.7 percent screen-to-body ratio. The MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor could come coupled with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.

Also, in terms of optics, the Realme X7 Max could feature a 64MP Sony IMX682 primary sensor, an 8MP sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro shooter. It may pack a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.
