OnePlus extends warranty for all products till June 30 in India

21 May 2021 0

OnePlus has announced it is extending the warranty of all of its products till June 30 in India. The new policy is applicable to every device that is expiring between April 1 and June 29, 2021. OnePlus made this announcement in light of the Covid crisis going on in the country.

OnePlus announced this via a post on its OnePlus Community forum, where it also made a couple of other announcements as well. OnePlus said that owing to the current unforeseen circumstances, it will implement certain measures in accordance with government protocol.

OnePlus has announced there will be a delay in delivery for recent product orders to certain locations. Currently, it can’t predict the delivery of the order but it is committed to delivering them as soon as possible.

Another important measure that OnePlus is taking in compliance with government regulations is to keep its after-sales operations shut until further notice. "We look forward to resuming our after-sales operations as soon as possible once the situation eases."

Last year as well, OnePlus extended the warranty on its devices due to similar situations. Many companies have also decided to extend the warranty of their devices for worry-free and uninterrupted support during this period.
