A new leak has surfaced that claims to reveal the full set of specifications of the upcoming Nord CE. According to a report from MySmartPrice, the OnePlus Nord CE features a 6.43-inch screen with a 90Hz refresh rate. It features an in-display fingerprint scanner and has a 4,500mAh battery with 30W fast-charging support.
The report further claims the Nord CE is going to have a 64MP main sensor from Omnivision, followed by an 8MP ultrawide, a 2MP depth sensor on the rear panel. On the front, it has a 16MP snapper for selfies. It will be offered in two RAM/storage options – 6/64GB and 8/128GB, although it’s UFS 2.1 storage. The device is said to have a down-firing speaker and is expected to run OxygenOS 11 based on Android 11.
According to the tech site, the Nord CE has entirely plastic-built (both frame and back are made of plastic). The Nord CE 5G is already confirmed to sport a 3.5mm headphone jack. The tech site has also revealed that the phone is going to have 7.9mm thick. Pre-orders are expected to start in India on June 11, right after the June 10 launch.
The tech site AndroidCentral cites its sources and states that the OnePlus Nord CE is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 750G processor. The site further claims the Nord CE 5G features a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, just like the first-gen Nord.
The OnePlus Nord CE 5G phone is also rumored to have a 64MP lens on the rear joined by two auxiliary sensors. On the front, the phone is said to be carrying a 16MP camera. The sources claim there is also a design refresh, however, its camera module will be similar to that of the OnePlus 9’s, which means the phone is going to have a bump.
These are the only details that the sources have managed to reveal. The launch date of the Nord CE 5G is not too far, though there are still chances that we may hear more about the device through some last-minute leaks.
