Leaks on Pixel 6 are on the rise these days. Every new leak is revealing something interesting about the upcoming phones from Google and this makes us more curious to gain more insights on the same.
Now, a new leak has arrived that talks about the camera as the main subject. According to a notable leakster @FrontTron on Twitter, the Pixel 6 smartphone will have several improvements in the camera department overall. The tipster, however, doesn’t explicitly mention if it is the Pixel 6 or the Pixel 6 Pro coming with these improvements. It is just captioned as “Pixel 6 stuff.” So, let’s just note that up.

Gimbal like steady cam mode
Bigger Samsung sensor, Google custom NPU and ISP -> better than pixel 5
Big improvements in video
Furthermore, the tweet mentions the Pixel 6 will offer Gimbal-like steady camera mode, something that has been available on many existing phones today. Another shred of information that the tipster was able to share was “bigger Samsung sensor, Google custom NPU, and ISP.” The tweet even mentions that it will perform better than the Pixel 5 smartphone.
The tipster can also be seen claiming that the Pixel 6 will have "big improvements" in the video department. The question remains the same that if this improvement is coming for the vanilla Pixel 6 or the Pro version.
Some past rumors and leaks have stated that Google might use its in-house processor in the upcoming Pixel phone series. The processor is said to be codenamed ‘Whitechapel’ and has been co-developed by Samsung.
Currently, it is unknown when Google will launch these new phones. But looking at the history, we can assume them to be coming in October. So, if that is true, we have enough time to enjoy such more leaks.
