Since the start of this month, Infinix is making headlines for working on a smartphone with 160W fast charging technology. There have been reports that even showed a render of the phone in question. It is time for a fresh new leak that offers some more details but more interestingly, there is now an official teaser from the company that confirms at least the tech's existence.
The teaser was shared by Infinix India on Twitter yesterday. It featured a video clip with the caption, "That's right. 160W charging!". It simply shows a silhouette of a phone getting charged at 160W. The tweet does not reveal anything else, like whether the company will announce only the technology or a smartphone as well.
Ice Universe aka @UniverseIce, a well-known tipster, tweeted today afternoon that Infinix Zero X is the name of the smartphone that will feature 160W fast charging. It is even said to have 50W wireless charging support that is again one of the fastest. He has even tweeted a render of the phone's appearance which is the same as the one reported previously.
