Realme has teased its upcoming smartphone named Realme Flash. The unique thing about is that it is said to be the world's first Android phone with magnetic wireless charging. The tech itself is not a first as we have seen Apple use it with the iPhone 12 lineup and call it MagSafe. This seems to be the inspiration behind Realme's decision to bring it to the Android world.
The teaser image shows a silhouette of the Realme Flash. It shows the phone from the back panel where the magnetic charging coil can be seen glowing in the center. There is a familiar-looking camera module on the top left which appears to be housing three camera sensors. This is pretty much what the company has shared through official channels.

However, an exclusive reporting from GSMArena divulged important details about Realme's plans just a day ahead of the official teaser release. It revealed that Realme will be calling its magnetic wireless charger MagDart. It will work exactly the same way Apple's MagSafe charger works. It means it will also snap back on the rear panel for charging the device.
It is MagDart's physical appearance that makes it completely different from MagSafe. Realme's solution is on the bulkier side and looks like a cooler because it has a fan on the inside. The fan is meant to keep the smartphone cool while it is getting charged. This is because the wireless charger will exceed the 15W limit applicable on MagSafe but exact figures are currently unknown.
Other than this, the Realme Flash is tipped to sport a curved display with a punch-hole in the top left corner. Under the hood, it will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB onboard storage. The phone will run Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11 out of the box.
