Samsung has confirmed that it is ready to announce a new 5G mid-range smartphone in India. The phone in question is the Galaxy M32 5G that will debut in India on August 25th i.e. next week. It will be sold exclusively via Amazon India and as a result, the online seller has even set up a dedicated teaser page detailing some of the key features.
The Samsung Galaxy M32 5G features a dewdrop-styled notched display. It is a 6.5-inch HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-V panel. The processor is confirmed to be the MediaTek Dimensity 720. The phone is claimed to have support for 12 5G bands which means whenever 5G will get rolled out in India, it will be ready to serve high-speed mobile internet connectivity.
There is a quad-camera setup on the back panel which is headlined by a 48-megapixel sensor. The technical details of other camera sensors are currently unknown. However, the layout does show three sensors aligned vertically and the remaining one sensor on the side. The back panel does not have anything else except for the Samsung branding. The front camera on the phone is a 13-megapixel sensor housed inside the notch.
The whole package is powered by a 5,000mAh battery that should last for a day with ease. It will also have Samsung's Knox Security for keeping the device safe and secure. The good thing is that Galaxy M32 5G is confirmed to receive at least two years of operating system upgrade support. The phone will be sold in Blue and Black color options.
