There is WiFi 6 support for faster streaming and gaming. Some improvements have also been made to the low power mode which is now said to consume 15% less power.

Amazon has further bundled the new stick with the new Alexa Voice Remote featuring quick shortcut buttons. These are meant for quickly accessing Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, and Hulu. The Fire TV Stick 4K Max has been priced at $54.99 in the United States. It is already up for pre-orders with a delivery date set for October 7th.
