Samsung's Galaxy Note lineup was well and truly believed to have reached its end but as things have turned out, it seems like that is not the truth. A new leak has emerged suggesting that the next-gen Galaxy Note device is currently under development. It is coming from a well-known tipster Ice Universe (@UniverseIce) who has a good track record when it comes to sharing Samsung-related information.
In his recent tweet, he said: "someone in the supply chain has seen evidence of the existence of the next generation Galaxy Note." He did not offer any other details but it is safe to assume that the tweet is referring to a Galaxy Note prototype. It seems like the product team is busy figuring out what design to go for.

It is important to note that Samsung officially never said that the Galaxy Note series is dead. The only thing it did say was that there will not be a new Galaxy Note phone launching this year. It decided to bring some of the Galaxy Note features to other Galaxy lineups including the foldable. This is the reason we saw S Pen support expanding to the Galaxy S-series.
The Galaxy Z Fold 3 was also another flagship to get support for the stylus. While the company's focus is still on making foldable better and more affordable, it seems like it has realized that both Galaxy Note and Galaxy Z Fold devices can live together.
