Fairphone 4 5G first look and specifications leaked

14 September 2021 0

Last month, Fairphone’s first 5G phone was spotted on Wi-Fi Alliance and today we are seeing its first look. A couple of renders of the Fairphone 4 5G are now out in public and they have exposed just everything.

As Twitter user L4yzRw noticed, the price comparison site toppreise.ch has published two pictures showing the Fairphone 4 in two different colors. These are gray and green colored models.

There is a dual cameras setup on the rear and the module in which they are housed is pretty different from those contemporary designs out there. The same module is also a house to the LED flash. However, apart from this different module, not much unique thought is given to the overall design.

The Fairphone 4 5G features the teardrop-style notch on the display. There are quite thick bezels on the top and bottom of the screen. The company’s logo can be seen on the bottom section of the back panel.

Together with the renders, we also have some details on the phone’s specifications. The Fairphone 4 5G is said to feature a 6.3-inch display, 6GB RAM, and 128GB storage. The listing on the site also reveals the device will be available in the 256GB option as well. The SoC is unknown but it is certain that the device supports 5G.

As per the spotted listing, the base model (6GB+128GB) would cost around 580-600 euros, while the top model with 256GB storage will cost between 640 to 660 euros.

Other key details like cameras configuration and battery capacity are still unknown but we look forward to knowing more about it soon.
