Samsung's latest Galaxy M-series mid-range 5G smartphone has quietly gone official in Europe. The Galaxy M52 5G is officially listed on the Polish website of the company. It means the phone is at least available in Poland and should launch in other European markets soon enough. It is also the same phone that will launch in India tomorrow.
The Galaxy M52 5G sports a 6.7-inch Full HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) Super AMOLED Plus display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It has a centered punch-hole and 20:9 aspect ratio. The listing mentions the chipset as an unnamed octa-core 1.8GHz processor but speculations suggest that it is Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G. The phone has a single configuration option: 6GB RAM with 128GB onboard storage.
The triple camera setup on the phone includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 12-megapixel sensor ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 5-megapixel macro sensor. The front camera is housed within the punch-hole and is a 32-megapixel sensor with f/2.2 aperture.
There is a 5,000mAh battery to keep the lights on and is supported by 25W fast charging. The phone will boot Samsung's One UI 3.1 based on Android 11. Other features include a USB Type-C port and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It will be sold in Blue, White, and Black color options but pricing details are yet to be announced.
