Poco has officially introduced a new budget smartphone named Poco C31. It is a direct successor to the Poco C3 that was launched last year. There are entry-level specifications that you would expect from a modern budget phone. The main highlight of the phone is its long-lasting battery life.
The Poco C31 sports a 6.53-inch HD+ (1600 x 720 pixels) LCD notched display. The aspect ratio of the panel is 20:9 and also features TUV Rheinland low blue light certification. Under the hood, it has the MediaTek Helio G35 processor coupled with 3GB and 4GB of RAM. These two variants are available with 32GB and 64GB storage options.
The phone has a triple rear camera setup featuring a 13-megapixel primary sensor and dual 2-megapixel sensors. The front camera is a 5-megapixel sensor housed within the notch. The whole package is powered by a 5,000mAh battery and is claimed to last for up to two days on a single charge. It will boot Android 11 out of the box and the software skin is Poco's custom UI.
As for the pricing, the Poco C31 will cost you INR 8,499 for the 3GB/32GB variant and INR 9,499 for the 4GB/64GB variant. It will be available in Royal Blue and Shadow Grey color options. The phone will go on sale starting October 3rd.
