Motorola has brought its Edge 20 Pro Android flagship to the Indian market. The phone was originally announced in global markets at the start of the year. There are no differences in the specifications and features of the phone between the global and Indian versions.
The Motorola Edge 20 Pro sports a 6.7-inch OLED Max Vision display with support for up to a 144Hz refresh rate. The panel further offers 10-bit color, HDR10+, Amazon HDR, and DCI-P3 color gamut. There is Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor with Adreno 650 GPU and 5G support. It comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage.
The triple rear camera setup includes a 108-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel periscope-style telephoto sensor with 5x optical zoom, and 16-megapixel wide-angle sensor. The main sensor is powered by the Ultra Pixel technology where nine surrounding pixels are combined into one "ultra" pixel. It is said to result in 9x better light sensitivity for improved low-light performance.
The whole package is powered by a 4,500mAh battery with 30W TurboPower fast charging. It is claimed to last for over 30 hours on a single charge while using 5G. And when it comes to charging, the tech can give you 9 hours of charge within 10 minutes.
As for the pricing, the Edge 20 Pro will cost INR 36,999 for the sole 8GB/128GB variant. It will be available in Midnight Sky and Iridescent Cloud colors. The phone will go on sale starting October 3rd.
