Poco has started teasing the global release of its newest smartphone Poco M4 Pro 5G. The phone will get official on November 9th i.e. exactly seven days later. It will be the newest member of the Poco M-series and direct successor to last year's Poco M3 Pro 5G. There is also a Poco M3 model which means we could also see a Poco M4 sometime later.
As per the first official teaser, the Poco M4 Pro 5G is set to feature support for 33W fast charging. This is undoubtedly an impressive feature considering the phone will be targeted at the mid-range price segment (around $210). Another teaser suggests that the phone will be powered by a 6nm processor for faster performance.

The name of the processor has not been disclosed for obvious reasons. The consensus in the rumor mill is that it is likely to be the MediaTek Dimensity 810, a new mid-range 5G chipset unveiled in August. It was most recently seen in the Realme V11s 5G and Redmi Note 11 5G smartphones which are currently available only in China.
It simply means that the Poco M4 Pro 5G could actually be the first globally available smartphone to feature Dimensity 810. This is pretty much what is known about the phone so far. The launch is just a week away but we can expect Poco to share some more teasers in the meantime. At the same time, the rumor mill could also churn out some significant leaks.
