06 November 2021 0

Motorola has revealed a new budget smartphone named Moto E30 in select European and South American markets. It is essentially the same phone like the Moto E40 but with Android 11 (Go edition). It is a tweaked Android version specifically meant for low-specced devices. Other than the software change, all other specifications and features are exactly the same.

The Moto E30 sports a 6.5-inch HD+ (1600 x 720 pixels) IPS Max Vision display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It has a centered punch-hole that houses an 8-megapixel front camera for taking selfies and attending video calls. Under the hood, it has an octa-core Unisoc T700 processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. The phone has a single 32GB onboard storage with support for microSD cards.

The back panel has a triple rear camera setup headlined by a 48-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.79 aperture. The other two cameras are 2-megapixel depth and 2-megapixel macro sensors. The whole package is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 10W charging. Other important features include a fingerprint scanner, USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth v5.0, 4G LTE connectivity, and IP52 rating for dust and water resistance.

As for the pricing, the Moto E30 will cost you about COP 529,900 i.e. about $137 for the sole 2GB/32GB configuration. It is available in two color options: Digital Blue and Mineral Gray.
