Realme has unveiled a new mid-range smartphone Realme Q3t in China. It joins the Realme Q3s phone that was also unveiled in the country fairly recently. The main highlight of the new phone is its super high refresh rate i.e. 144Hz which is currently available only on a handful of smartphones. It is also capable of connecting to the newest 5G network bands.
The Realme Q3t sports a 6.6-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with a punch-hole in the top left corner. The panel supports up to 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 600 nits. Under the hood, it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor coupled with 8GB of RAM. There is 128GB onboard storage with support for microSD card storage expansion.
The triple rear camera setup includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. The selfie camera is a 16-megapixel sensor and housed within the punch-hole. The whole package is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 30W SuperDart fast charging. The phone will boot Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11 out of the box. Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, USB Type-C port, and Bluetooth 5.1.
As for the pricing, the Realme Q3t costs CNY 2,099 (about $330) for the sole 8GB/128GB model. The phone will be sold in Nebula and Night Sky Blue color options. It is unknown if the phone will be released in the global markets.
