If you are looking for a budget 5G smartphone in the US, the newly launched Nokia X100 might be the one for you. It has been launched in the region in exclusive partnership with T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile. The phone is essentially a Nokia X10 but has been rebranded for the American market.

The Nokia X100 has a 6.67-inch Full HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) punch-hole display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and 450 nits of brightness. Under the hood, it has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 processor coupled with 6GB of RAM. The phone has a single storage option i.e. 128GB but it can be expanded up to 1TB using microSD cards.

It has a quad-camera setup including a 48-megapixel primary sensor with ZEISS optics, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, it has a 16-megapixel shooter housed within the notch to click selfies and attend video calls.

The whole package is powered by a 4,470mAh battery with 18W fast changing support. The phone will boot Android 11 out of the box which will be closer to the stock Android experience. Other features include a 3.5mm headphone jack, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and USB Type-C port. The Nokia X100 is priced at $252 for the sole 6GB/128GB variant. It will be sold in a single Midnight Blue color option.
