OnePlus 10 Pro 5G official renders shared, launch on January 11

04 January 2022 0

With the start of January 2022, OnePlus has kicked off its marketing campaign for the OnePlus 10 series launch. The company is known for teasing key features one by one and until the launch day arrives. It is following the same trend as it has shared official OnePlus 10 Pro 5G renders giving a glimpse of the phone's design.

These renders show the OnePlus 10 Pro 5G in two colors: Black and Green. The main focus is on giving a good idea of the camera module design. It resembles the Galaxy S21 series camera module but is square-ish in the shape. The camera bump also appears to be on the minimal side. The interesting bit is that the fourth camera sensor has "P2D 50T" text written over it but its meaning is unknown as of now.

If we talk about the other three cameras, there have been speculations that these include a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel wide-angle sensor, and an 8-megapixel telephoto sensor. The OnePlus 10 Pro 5G is further rumored to be powered by the Qualcomm Snap 8 Gen 1 processor coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB onboard storage.

The OnePlus 10 Pro 5G is set to go official on January 11th i.e. exactly next week. The event is for the Chinese launch with no official details on the global release. There have been reports that the phone will make its way outside China sometime around April 2022.
