OnePlus 10 Pro specs officially detailed ahead of next week's launch

05 January 2022 1

OnePlus has now revealed OnePlus 10 Pro's key specifications to confirm that it is an Android flagship ready to compete with whatever other brands have in store for 2022. The latest revelation builds upon the previously known information that the phone will be powered by Qualcomm's latest flagship processor.

The OnePlus 10 Pro is set to sport a "Fluid AMOLED display with LTPP" and 120Hz refresh rate. It will likely be an adaptive refresh rate that will adjust according to the displayed content. Under the hood, it will have the Snap 8 Gen 1 chipset but RAM and storage capacity options have not been revealed yet.

The camera department will have three cameras fine-tuned by Hasselblad on the back panel. These will include a 50-megapixel sensor, a 48-megapixel sensor, and an 8-megapixel sensor with dual optical image stabilization. The front camera on the phone will be a 32-megapixel shooter. OnePlus says users will have a 5,000mAh battery to keep them going through the day.

We will get to see 80W SuperVOOC wired fast charging and 50W AirVOOC wireless fast charging. The phone will boot OxygenOS 12 based on Android 12 out of the box. It will measure 163 x 73.9 x 8.55mm in dimensions. The OnePlus 10 Pro launch is set for January 11th and that is just next week.
