Reliance Jio is primarily known for being an Indian telecom company but it has also released a few budget smartphones and mobile phones. The JioPhone Next is the most recent product released by the company but there have been reports of it working on an affordable laptop as well. Now, we have some fresh information about the notebook.
The upcoming JioBook has received hardware certification approval. The certification does not reveal much about the product except that it will run Windows out of the box. It also lists that there will be powered by an ARM-powered processor that could be either from Intel or AMD. The software experience should be the newest Windows 11.
It is important to note that the previous report claimed that the JioBook will boot a forked version of Android. It is claimed to be known as the JioOS. It is unknown whether that was a mistake of some sort or Jio is actually working on two different notebook models. We will have to wait for the time being to get a clearer picture.
