Motorola has officially launched the Edge 30 Pro as its newest Android flagship in India. It is simply a rebranded version of the Edge X30 that went official in China a couple of months ago. In other words, this is the global release of the phone that the rumor mill was talking about for a while.

The Motorola Edge 30 Pro sports a 6.7-inch Full HD+ OLED punch-hole display with up to 144Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ content compatibility. Under the hood, it has the Snap 8 Gen 1 processor which makes it the most affordable phone in the country to feature the latest flagship chip. It is available with 8GB and 12GB RAM options along with 128GB, 256GB, 512GB storage options.

The phone has a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel OmniVision sensor with OIS, a 50-megapixel ISOCELL ultra-wide sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. It is capable of shooting videos in up to 8K resolution. The front camera on the phone is a 60-megapixel sensor with f/2.2 aperture.

The whole package is powered by a 4,800mAh battery with support for 68W TurboPower fast charging and 15W wireless charging. It will boot Android 12 out of the box with an almost-stock Android user experience. The Moto Edge 30 Pro is priced at INR 49,999 (about $664) for the 8GB/128GB configuration. It will go on sale starting March 4th with an option to choose between Stardust White and Cosmos Blue colors.
