Realme has debuted a couple of new smartphones named Realme 9 5G and Realme 9 5G SE. These are part of the Realme 9 series that already includes Realme 9 Pro and Realme 9 Pro+. The two new models are packed with mid-range specifications and are relatively more affordable than Pro models for obvious reasons.
Realme 9 5G
- 6.5-inch Full HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) with 90Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate
- MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor
- 4GB/6GB RAM (virtual RAM up to 11GB)
- 64GB/128GB storage
- Triple rear cameras: 48MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a macro sensor, and a depth sensor
- 16MP front camera with f/2.1 aperture
- 5,000mAh battery with 18W Quick Charge
- Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11
- Side-mounted fingerprint scanner, USB Type-C port
The Realme 9 5G is priced at INR 14,999 for the 4GB/64GB model and at INR 17,499 for the 6GB/128GB model. The available color options include Stargaze White and Meteor Black. The phone will go on sale starting March 14th.

- 5,000mAh battery with 30W Quick Charge
- Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11
- Side-mounted fingerprint scanner, USB Type-C port
The Realme 9 5G SE will cost you INR 19,999 for the 6GB/128GB model and INR 22,999 for the 8GB/128GB model. It will be sold in Azure Glow and Starry Glow colors starting March 14th.
