Realme has introduced a new budget smartphone Realme C31 in Indonesia. It is the latest member of the Realme C-series, a popular series among budget buyers. The phone features triple rear cameras, a big enough battery, and an HD display. It is set to launch in the Indian market next week.
The Realme C31 sports a 6.5-inch HD+ (1600 x 900 pixels) LCD display with a waterdrop notch. It has the standard 60Hz refresh rate and 120Hz touch sampling rate. The choice of processor is the Unisoc T612 which is an octa-core chip. It is coupled with 3GB and 4GB of RAM along with 32GB and 64GB onboard storage. There should also be microSD card support for storage expansion.
On the back, the phone has triple cameras featuring a 13-megapixel primary sensor with f/2.2 aperture, a macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and a monochrome sensor with f/2.8 aperture. The front camera on the phone is a 5-megapixel sensor. There is a 5,000mAh battery to keep the lights on.
The phone will boot Realme UI R Edition based on Android 11 out of the box. Other features include a 3.5mm headphone jack, USB Type-C port, and Bluetooth 5.0. The Realme C31 is priced at IDR 1,599,000 (about $110) for the 3GB/32GB model and at IDR 1,749,000 (about $120) for the 4GB/64GB model. The available color options are Dark Green and Light Silver.
