Oppo has launched the Oppo A57 mid-range smartphone in India. It is a 4G LTE variant of the Oppo A57 5G that arrived in China about a couple of months ago.
The Oppo A57 sports a 6.56-inch HD+ (1612 x 720 pixels) IPS LCD notched display with 269PPI pixel density and 600 nits of peak brightness. Under the hood, it has the MediaTek Helio G35 processor coupled with 3GB and 4GB of RAM. There is a single 64GB onboard storage option along with microSD card support.
The back panel has a dual-camera setup featuring a 13-megapixel primary sensor with f/2.2 aperture and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The front camera on the device is an 8-megapixel sensor with f/2.0 aperture housed within the notch. The battery capacity of the phone is 5,000mAh and with 33W SuperVOOC charging speed. Other features include a 3.5mm headphone jack, USB Type-C port, NFC, Bluetooth 5.1, and NFC 5.
The Oppo A57 is priced at INR 13,999 (about $180) for the 4GB/64GB configuration. The pricing for the 3GB/64GB model is currently unknown. It will be sold in Glowing Green and Glowing Black color options.
