Realme C30 budget phone with Unisoc chip, Android Go launches

Realme has introduced a new budget smartphone Realme C30 in India. It is packed with entry-level specifications and features that you would expect from an affordable phone. The main highlight of the phone is a huge battery that should last you for a day with ease.

The Realme C30 sports a 6.5-inch notched display with an 88.7% screen-to-body ratio and 120Hz touch sampling rate. The choice of processor is the Unisoc T612 which is a 12nm octa-core chip. It has an ARM Mali-G57 GPU for handling graphics-intensive tasks. The phone has 2GB and 3GB of RAM along with 32GB onboard storage. There is microSD card support up to 1TB for expanding storage space further.


There is an 8-megapixel primary camera with f/2.0 aperture on the back panel. On the front, it has a 5-megapixel camera with f/2.2 aperture housed within the notch. The whole package is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 10W fast charging. The phone has Bluetooth 5.0, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a microUSB port. It will boot Realme UI Go Edition based on Android 11.

The Realme C30 is priced at INR 7,499 for the 2GB/32GB model and INR 8,299 for the 3GB/32GB model. The available color options include Lake Blue, Denim Black, and Bamboo Green.
