Samsung has announced that Amazon Luna is finally available on Samsung Gaming Hub. This is the newest cloud gaming service to join Samsung's offering as it was not available at the time of launch last month. It joins existing services like Xbox, NVIDIA GeForce NOW, Google Stadia, and Utomik.
Amazon Luna is a cloud gaming service that went official earlier this year. It offers various game bundles referred to as channels at different price points. The lowest-priced plan costs $2.99 per month and it goes as high as $17.99 per month. There is also a free channel called Prime Gaming which offers a bunch of new games each month. The addition of the service means Samsung Gaming Hub now offers access to over 1,000 games.
The blog post reveals that 2022 Samsung smart TV and monitor users can now link their Amazon Luna profiles. This will allow you to play all titles available via Luna. There are more than 250 games to choose from. The service itself supports PCs, Macs, Fire TVs, Fire tablets, iOS, and Android phones and tablets, and Chromebooks.
You will be able to play these games with the Luna Controller or any other Bluetooth controller for that matter. There are four new games coming to the Prime Gaming channel this month: Control Ultimate Edition, Myst, Garfield Kart, and Steel Assault.
Mike Lucero, Samsung Director of Product Management for Gaming said,
“With Amazon Luna joining Samsung Gaming Hub, we are offering more choices than ever for players to jump into the games they love and to discover new ones. The Samsung Gaming Hub is an all-in-one destination for gaming and entertainment. With the addition of Amazon Luna, we now offer over 1000 games to play instantaneously on Samsung Smart TVs, making Samsung Gaming Hub the number one destination to stream games.”
