Honor has launched a new X-series smartphone Honor X6 in Saudi Arabia. It joins previously available options like Honor X8, Honor X9, Honor X10, and Honor X7. These are mostly 5G smartphones but the newest X6 is restricted to 4G LTE connectivity. It is a budget device but a large battery.
The Honor X6 sports a 6.5-inch HD+ (1600 x 720 pixels) TFT LCD display with a dotted notch. Under the hood, it has the MediaTek Helio G25 processor with IMG GE8320 GPU. The phone is available with single 4GB RAM but 64GB and 128GB onboard storage options. There is also microSD card support for storage expansion.
The phone has a triple rear camera setup headlined by a 50-megapixel sensor with f/1.8 aperture. The other two cameras include a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture and a 2-megapixel macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture. There is a 5-megapixel front camera with f/2.2 aperture for video calls and selfies.
The whole package is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 10W fast charging. The phone will ship with Magic UI 6.1 based on Android 12. The phone will be available in Midnight Black, Titanium Silver, and Ocean Blue color options. Its pricing and availability details are currently unknown.
