Oppo has one of the well-known OEMs rumored to be trying their hands at foldable phones. The rumor mill has suggested its foldable will be identical to the Oppo Find N. And now, a new leak from Digital Chat Station has emerged claiming that it will not be the only foldable coming from the Chinese company. It also has a flip foldable smartphone under development.
The leak suggests this flip foldable might be called Oppo Find N Flip. The design will be similar to what we have seen with the likes of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4, Motorola's Moto Razr (2022), and Huawei P50 Pocket. There are many users who prefer the clamshell flip design in foldable as compared to the one we saw on the Galaxy Z Fold 4.
It also goes on to talk about the possible specifications of the smartphone. The phone is said to sport a 6.8-inch Full HD+ (2520 x 1080 pixels) OLED primary display. There will be a 3.26-inch OLED cover display which will be accessible even when the phone is folded. It will show key details and allow users to perform certain actions without flipping open the phone.
There is expected to be a dual rear camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary sensor and an 8-megapixel Sony IMX355 secondary sensor. The front camera on the phone is tipped to be a 32-megapixel Sony IMX709 sensor. The choice of processor is expected to be Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. There are no details on the pricing and availability of both foldable smartphones yet.
