Google's much-rumored foldable Pixel Fold has surfaced in a new leak featuring high-quality renders. It is shared by tipster @OnLeaks in collaboration with the publication HowToiSolve. There are renders that show the upcoming foldable from all angles and corroborate previously leaked renders. The leak also goes on to talk about some of the specifications of the device.
The Pixel Fold leak shows the design is similar to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4. It is said to measure 158.7 x 139.7 x 5.7mm when in the unfolded state. The primary display on the inside is reported to be 7.69-inch and the one on the outside is 5.79 inches. The secondary display will act like a cover display but it is a full-size panel instead of a tiny one.
The back panel has a triple camera setup along with an LED flash. These are housed on a camera bar that bulges out of the back panel. It is similar to Pixel 7's camera visor but is not identical. The selfie camera will house inside a punch-hole that will be present on the cover display. The foldable will have a USB Type-C port at the bottom edge of the primary display and the SIM tray at the bottom of the edge of the cover display.
The alleged Pixel Fold is said to have dual stereo speakers. The foldable will be available in Silver and Black color options. It is tipped to have up to 12GB RAM, multiple storage variants, and Android 13 software experience. The pricing is expected to be around $1,799 with a launch expected in May 2023.
