Vivo's sub-brand iQOO has added a third model to the Neo 7 lineup in China. The latest addition is iQOO Neo 7 Racing Edition which joins the standard Neo 7 5G and Neo 7 SE 5G. The previous two phones feature different processors and the trend continues with the latest release. The phone has the rest of the specifications same as the vanilla edition.
The biggest difference is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor that powers the Neo 7 Racing Edition. Another noteworthy change is in the configuration variants. The phone starts with the 8GB/256GB variant and goes all the way up to the 16GB RAM and 512GB onboard storage. It is available in Orange, Blue, and Black color options.
The iQOO Neo 7 Racing Edition sports a 6.78-inch Full HD+ AMOLED punch-hole display with a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ content support. Its triple camera setup features a 50-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.88 aperture and optical image stabilization, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The front camera on the phone is a 16-megapixel sensor with f/2.45 aperture.
The whole package is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging. The phone will boot OriginOS 3.0 based on Android 13. Other features include 5G connectivity, a USB Type-C port, NFC, and Bluetooth 5.3.
