Samsung Galaxy S23 series specs leaked in full detail

We are about a couple of weeks away from Samsung's Galaxy Unpacked event and Galaxy S23 leaks have started to come thick and fast. The latest one is coming from WinFuture.de which reveals Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ detailed specifications. There is another leak that reveals a complete spec sheet for the Galaxy S23 Ultra.

Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra specs leak

The Galaxy S23 Ultra is tipped to sport a 6.8-inch Quad HD+ (3088 x 1440 pixels) Dynamic AMOLED 2X Infinity-O display with Always-On Display and HDR10+. It will have Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 processor coupled with up to 12GB RAM and up to 1TB storage. The rear panel is said to have quad-cameras featuring a 200-megapixel primary camera with f/1.7 aperture, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, a 10-megapixel telephoto sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and a 10-megapixel with f/4.9 aperture and 100x Space Zoom.

The selfie camera on the phone is a 12-megapixel shooter with f/2.2 aperture. The whole package is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging. Other features include a USB Type-C port, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, WiFi 6E, and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. It will have a bunch of Samsung apps, Google apps, and third-party apps pre-installed. The flagship will boot One UI 5.1 based on Android 13.

The Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ share most specifications except for a few things. The vanilla model has a 6.1-inch Full HD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) Dynamic AMOLED 2X Infinity-O display with HDR10+ and up to 120Hz refresh rate. The display specs are the same on the Plus variant but the display size is 6.6 inches.

Both flagships will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. The triple camera setup will have a 50-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 10-megapixel telephoto sensor. The front camera on the phone would be a 12-megapixel sensor. There is reported to be a USB Type-C port, NFC, WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner. The battery capacity is tipped to be 3,900mAh with 25W charging on the Galaxy S23 and 4,700mAh with 45W charging on the Galaxy S23+.
