Nokia is rumored to be working on a Bluetooth gaming controller for the last few months. An official announcement is still pending but the device was accidentally listed online by StreamView, an Austria-based Nokia brand licensee. The listing has been taken down but not before it was too late. It also suggests the official release is just around the corner.

The accidental listing confirms it will be called the Nokia Game Controller 5000 aka 5000GC. The look and feel of the controller appear to be similar to any other standard Bluetooth gaming controller. You get the same directional pad, X/Y/A/B buttons, analog sticks, shoulder buttons, and triggers among other keys. It also has a dedicated Google Assistant button for triggering the virtual assistant and getting things done using voice commands.

The retail box for the controller also has branding to let users know the controller supports Google Assistant. It comes with Bluetooth connectivity to use with Android TVs, Android TV streaming devices, and smartphones. There is a USB Type-C port for charging purposes. It takes about 2 hours to charge and is claimed to last for up to 14 hours on a single charge.

The Nokia Game Controller 5000 has dual built-in motors for vibration feedback. It has a six-axis gyroscope for intuitive control and quick direction change. The listing mentions the pricing of the controller to be EUR 52.90. Since the listing has been taken down, it is hard to say when it will launch officially but it should happen sooner than later.
