HMD Global has officially introduced the Nokia X30 5G in India. It is the newest 5G mid-range smartphone from the company in the country. The phone made its global debut last year and has now arrived in the Indian market.
The Nokia X30 5G sports a 6.43-inch Full HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The panel has a centered punch-hole, 700 nits of brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Under the hood, it has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G processor coupled with 8GB of RAM. The phone has a single 256GB storage option along with microSD card support.
The phone has a dual rear camera setup headlined by a 50-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture. The other camera is a 13-megapixel ultra-wide sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The front camera on the phone is a 16-megapixel sensor with f/2.0 aperture which is housed in the punch-hole.
The whole package is powered by a 4,200mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging. The phone will boot Android 12 out of the box. It is assured to receive three years of major OS upgrades. Other features include an in-display fingerprint scanner, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The Nokia X30 5G is priced at INR 48,999 for the sole 8GB/256GB configuration. The phone will be sold in Ice White and Cloudy Blue color options starting February 20th.
