Honor has officially debuted the Magic 5 Lite in France. It is a direct successor to the Magic 4 Lite that went official last year. This new smartphone is a rebranded Honor X9a launched earlier this year. The phones share the same design and spec sheet, the only difference being the names.
The Honor Magic 5 Lite sports a 6.67-inch Full HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) AMOLED punch-hole display with 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor with Adreno 619 GPU. It is available in a single configuration of 6GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage. There is no microSD card support available on the phone for storage expansion.
The phone has triple rear cameras featuring a 64-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 5-megapixel wide-angle sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and a 2-megapixel macro camera with f/2.4 aperture. The front camera on the phone is a 16-megapixel sensor with f/2.45 aperture.
The whole package is powered by a 5,100mAh battery with 40W SuperCharge fast charging support. It will boot Magic UI 6.1 based on Android 12 out of the box. Honor has priced the Magic 5 Lite at EUR 379 for the sole 6GB/128GB variant. It will be available in Emerald Green, Titanium Silver, and Midnight Black color options.
