iQOO has officially announced iQOO Neo 7 5G as the latest 5G mid-range smartphone in India. Even though the name of the phone is the same as the phone that debuted in China last year, it is a different smartphone in terms of spec-sheet. It is essentially a rebranded iQOO Neo 7 SE which launched a couple of months ago.
The iQOO Neo 7 5G sports a 6.78-inch Full HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) AMOLED display with a punch-hole. The panel offers a 120Hz refresh rate and 1300 nits peak brightness. Under the hood, it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor with ARM Mali-G610 MC6 GPU. The phone is available in two configuration variants: 8GB RAM with 128GB storage and 12GB RAM with 256GB storage space.
On the back, you will see a triple-camera setup headlined by a 64-megapixel sensor. It is accompanied by a 2-megapixel depth sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. The front camera on the phone is a 16-megapixel sensor with f/2.4 aperture housed inside the punch-hole. The whole package is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
The phone has features like 5G connectivity, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, GPS, WiFi, and a USB Type-C port. The phone will boot Funtouch OS 13 based on Android 13 out of the box. It will be sold in Interstellar Black and Frost Blue color options. The iQOO Neo 7 5G is priced at INR 29,999 for the 8GB/128GB variant and INR 33,999 for the 12GB/256GB variant.
