Realme has confirmed its next C-series smartphone Realme C55 will launch on March 7th. The official teaser for the upcoming smartphone has been listed by Realme Indonesia on the official website. All key specifications and features have also been listed officially which gives us a good idea of what to expect from the phone.

The unique thing about the Realme C55 is Mini Capsule. It is a clone of Apple's Dynamic Island functionality available on the iPhone 14 Pro models. It will show crucial information like charging status, low battery alert, data usage, steps count, and walking distance for the day. We first heard about the clone feature last week and now, it is officially confirmed to arrive with the phone next week.

In terms of specs, the Realme C55 will come with a 6.72-inch Full HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The panel will have a peak brightness of 680 nits. The choice of the processor on the phone is the MediaTek Helio G88. There are two configuration variants featuring 6GB RAM with 128GB storage and 8GB RAM with 256GB storage. These two variants will have virtual RAM support up to 6GB and 8GB respectively.

It will have a dual camera setup headlined by a 64-megapixel sensor. The battery capacity will be 5,000mAh and it will support 33W fast charging. This is the fastest charging speed available on a C-series smartphone but is not surprising to see. Realme recently revealed it will launch most smartphones with at least 33W fast charging this year. Its color options will be called Rainy Night and Sunshower.
