OnePlus has launched Ace 2V as the new smartphone in the Ace lineup in China. It is an upper mid-range smartphone with a high-end MediaTek processor coupled with up to 16GB of RAM. There is a quad-camera setup, a big battery, and super fast charging speed.
The OnePlus Ace 2V sports a 6.74-inch Full HD+ (2772 x 1240 pixels) AMOLED punch-hole display. The panel has up to 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, a peak brightness of 1450 nits, and a 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. Under the hood, it has the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor with Mali-G710 GPU. There are two configuration variants featuring 12GB RAM with 256GB storage and 16GB RAM with 512GB storage.
On the back panel, it has a triple rear camera setup headlined by a 64-megapixel Omnivision OV64M sensor with f/1.7 aperture and optical image stabilization. The other two cameras are an 8-megapixel Sony IMX355 ultra-wide sensor with f/2.2 aperture and a 2-megapixel GalaxyCore GC02M macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The front camera is a 16-megapixel sensor with f/2.4 aperture for taking selfies and video calls.
The whole package is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. The phone will boot ColorOS 13 based on Android 13 out of the box. Other features include a USB Type-C port, stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos, NFC, Bluetooth 5.3, and 5G connectivity.
OnePlus has priced the Ace 2V at CNY 2,299 (about $332) for the 12GB/256GB variant, CNY 2,499 (about $360) for the 16GB/256GB, and CNY 2,799 (about $404) for the 16GB/512GB variant. The smartphone will be available for purchase starting March 13th in China.
