Samsung has launched a new Galaxy M-series mid-range smartphone Galaxy M14 in Ukraine. The main highlight of the phone is support for 5G connectivity. It has a big battery, a triple camera setup, and a high refresh rate display among other noteworthy features. There are no words on the global availability yet.
The Samsung Galaxy M14 4G sports a 6.6-inch Full HD+ (2408 x 1080 pixels) Infinity-V LCD notched display. The panel has a peak brightness of 480 nits and a 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it has an Exynos 1330 processor with ARM Mali-G68 MP2 GPU. It is available in a couple of configurations featuring 4GB RAM and 64GB/128GB onboard storage. There is microSD card support of up to 1TB for storage expansion purposes.
It has triple rear cameras featuring a 50-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture. There is a 13-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture housed inside the notch.
The battery capacity is 6,000mAh with 25W charging. Other noteworthy features are a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth v5.1, and WiFi. Samsung has priced the Galaxy M14 5G at UAH 8,299 (about $222) for the 4GB/64GB variant and at UAH 8,999 (about $241) for the 4GB/128GB variant. The color options are Blue, Dark Blue, and Silver.
