Valve's handheld gaming console Steam Deck has completed one year since it went on sale in February 2022. The company is celebrating its first anniversary by offering a 10% discount. This is the first time since its launch that the console has seen a price drop. It is obviously a temporary price slash and will be effective until March 23rd.

The limited-time discount means you can now get Steam Deck 64GB for $360, 256GB for $476, and 512GB for $584. These variants are usually available for $399, $529, and $649 respectively. It is important to note upgrades are not restricted to just storage space. The 256GB variant also has SSD storage for speedier performance. As for the 512GB variant, you will get premium anti-glare glass and an exclusive case in addition to the SSD storage.

Apart from the discount, Steam Deck has also received a native startup movies collection. There are more than 20 startup movies to choose from. These can be accessed from the Steam Points Shop and can be set from Settings > Customization. There is also a shuffle option that will automatically pick a random startup movie whenever you will power on the console.
