OnePlus 5/5T receiving OxygenOS 5.1.2 update with latest security patch

OnePlus has released the new OxygenOS 5.1.2 update for all OnePlus 5 and 5T users worldwide. The update weighs more than the 1.6GB so it will require the Wi-Fi to download. The update also updates the Android Security patch to May 2018.

The OxygenOS 5.1.2 has fixed the auto-rotation stability issue and also added “Recently Deleted” collection option in the Gallery so that the users could get to know what they deleted. The update has also fixed the microphone not functioning issue for AKG earphones.

It is an OTA update which means you should see the update notification anytime soon. Also, it's an incremental update so will only be available to a small set of users first followed by the expansion to all others.
