Microsoft has released Windows 10 build 18950 for Fast ring Insiders. It is a significant update as it comes with a number of noteworthy new features and changes. The biggest changes and improvements are related to Japanese IME and Snip & Sketch functionality.
Starting with Japanse IME improvements, the team has fixed an issue where the focus inside prediction candidate window would not move when using the Up Arrow key. The key assignment settings have been made easier to discover and the default Ctrl + Space assigned value has now been set to None.
As for Snip & Sketch changes, the biggest one is the support for single-window mode. It will allow users to capture multiple snips (screenshots) and access all of them from a single window instead of switching between multiple ones. If you are someone who prefers individual windows, there is a toggle in the settings to enable and disable the single-window mode.
Another hand addition is the ability to zoom in on screenshots captured using the snipping tool. The feature works with Ctrl + Plus/Minus and Ctrl + Mouse wheel shortcuts for quick zooming in. This can be helpful when you want to annotate in a small part of the screenshot or your whole screenshot is smaller in size.
