Sony at the ongoing CES event has come with some interesting wireless audio product so as to cater the needs of the audiophiles. The company has unveiled a lineup of headphones, including in-ear sports headphones and around the ear model.
First up in the range is the WF-SP700N that according to Sony are the truly wireless noise-canceling headphones. So, they block out any chaotic sound that can disturb your holistic yoga session or your listening experience. It comes with a splash-proof design so that you can use them wherever you want. It has been shaped for maximum in-ear stability.
The WF-SP700N’s have NFC one-touch connection with the case and are compatible with the Sony Headphones Connect app that includes the “Quick Sound Settings” so that you can recall your favorite settings of the equalizer.
For a punchier sound, the noise-canceling wireless earphones come with Sony’s Extra Bass 3 sound. The headphones are available in four colors including pink, yellow, black and white.
Sony also launches two standard wireless in-ear models, the WI-SP600N and the WI-SP500. Sony also announced that its Noise Cancelling headphones that include - WH-1000XM2, WI-1000X, WF-1000X, WF-SP700N, WI-SP600N, WH-CH700N, WH-H900N, will be optimized for the Google Assistant with an update.
Next up, we have, MDR-1AM2, which is the premium model and the successor to Sony MDR-1A. They boast 40mm HD drivers and up to 100kHz frequency support. Sony claims that these headphones produce high-res audio. According to the company, it’s the newly-developed 40mm driver unit and Fibonacci-patterned grill that offer great listening experiences. It also comes with a 3.5mm connection for an improved usability.
The WF-SP700N model will be available from June 2018, WI-SP600N from June 2018, and the WI-SP500 model will be priced at approximately €90 /£80 and available from April 2018.
The MDR-1AM2 will be priced at approximately €250 /£240 and available from early April in Black and Silver color options.
