Wondering which Samsung Galaxy devices will get Android Oreo? There’s news that a few more Samsung Galaxy devices will be receiving the Android Oreo update. The devices which have been certified by Wi-Fi Alliance with Android Oreo include the Samsung Galaxy S7, S7 Edge, and even two mid-range devices like the Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A5 (2017). Being included in the database with Android Oreo indicates that the devices will be getting a final release of Android Oreo fairly soon.
Usually, after a week or so of showing up on the Wi-Fi Alliance database, the smartphones receive the update. This is definitely good as it allows users to not only stay happy with the company’s software support but also allows them to make the most of their smartphones. Hardware and software must run well together for a proper experience. Android Oreo on Samsung smartphones will make use of Experience UI 9.0, the company’s own tweaked interface of Android Oreo. Users can enjoy all additional features which Android Oreo brings as well as those implemented by Samsung.
If you have either of these smartphones be sure to check for OTA updates. The Android Oreo update will probably be gradually rolled out in waves. This means certain regions may get it a day or two earlier than others. Keep checking to see if your device has received the update!

A15 (2017)? It's A5 (2017).
The Samsung Galaxy A3 had come out in March 2014. Wonderful to see it still get the Android Oreo.
