Magisk module adds Gboard themes of other smartphones

12 September 2018 3

Google Keyboard, now renamed to Gboard is one of the most popular keyboards used on smartphones and tablets. The app has gained its popularity from the vast number of customizations which it offers in terms of keyboard size, themes and more. Well, that’s not all, a new Magisk module has been released which can now make your Gboard keyboard look exactly like the keyboards on other smartphones.

Unfortunately, it is only possible through a Magisk module. This means you must have a rooted device if you want to try out the new themes in Gboard through this module. The module has been made by an XDA Senior member called RKBD. So, now your keyboard on your smartphone can look just like those on phones like the Poco F1, Razer phone and more. Once the Magisk module his installed, the following options become available:

  • Ported theme from POCO F1 / MIUI global
  • Amoled Razer like (red, pink, green), white, fuschia by RKBD
  • Ported theme from Veu theme by XDA Senior Member Arz Bhatia
  • Windows like theme
  • iOS like theme
  • and more

Feast your eyes on the themed keyboard options!
