It looks like the new 9th series of Intel CPUs could be getting another added to its pack. A mysterious K series CPU has been spotted on the list of the Singaporean distributor Bizgram. What makes this even more likely to be true is the fact that it was spotted just days after Intel unveiled the prices for its new line of 9th generations CPUs. The CPU spotted is the Core i3-9350K and is rumoured to be an entry-level quad-core overclockable CPU.
Unfortunately, the distributor has removed the model from the updated list of other 9th generation CPUs. However, in time, the CPU is bound to make an appearance. It seems like this time around, users will again have an unlocked core i3 to overclock and boost performance. The screenshot captured by 3Dnews.ru does not reveal the clock speed of this new CPU, so that still remains a mystery. The CPU will be based on the 14nm +++ optimized production process and will in all likelihood be able to overclock to 4GHz and higher.
The screenshot also reveals the pricing of this rumoured CPU. At, $252, the Core i3 9350K doesn’t seem like a very budget chip nor does it break the bank. However, retail pricing may be a little different which is why all of this should be taken with a grain of salt!
