Nokia 7.1 Plus variants gets Bluetooth SIG certification

10 October 2018 3

HMD led Nokia announced the Nokia 7.1 recently in an event held in London. Now after being spotted in a few leaks already, a couple of variants of Nokia 7.1 Plus were recently spotted with a certification agency suggesting an imminent launch.

In all, there were 6 different devices that appear to have been awarded the Bluetooth certification. These variants went by the model number TA-1104, TA-1113, TA-1115, TA-1117, TA-1118, and TA-1125. All these variants will support Bluetooth 4.2 and 4G LTE connectivity. Though thanks to previous leaks we can say that the model number TA-1113 and TA-1115 belong to Nokia 7.1 Plus however not much is known about the other variants. Also since Bluetooth certification does not reveal hardware specifications, we will have to wait for a few more days till these devices arrive with TENAA certification agency.

It is rumored that the Nokia 7.1 Plus may launch soon in India and may follow the same design language of the recently launched Nokia 7.1. It may come with a notch at the top and a relatively thicker chin at the bottom.

In terms of specifications, the Nokia 7.1 Plus is said to house a 6.18-inches display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage or 6GB RAM and 128GB storage options. It is supposed to run on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box and a 3,400 mAh battery.

The Nokia 7.1 isn't still available. To be notified when it becomse available click here.
