PlayStation Classic entire game list revealed

30 October 2018 1

A month back Sony made a very shocking announcement. The company decides to compete with Nintendo in terms of reviving old retro consoles and reimagining them. Sony has decided to launch its PlayStation Classic console in quite a few markets. The PlayStation Classic is a reimagined PlayStation 1 console. This is exactly what Nintendo did when it launched its NES Classic Mini and SNES Classic Mini. The PlayStation Class is expected to be preloaded with 20 games and the company has now revealed which 20 games will be coming with the console.

The diminutive version of the first PlayStation will be available from 3 December and will be priced at £89.99 ($99.99 in the US). The PlayStation Classic looks very similar to the original PlayStation except for the fact that it is 45% smaller and that it will have an HDMI port. It will also support upscaling and games will be saved on an internal, virtual memory card. Along with the console, users will also get two wired DualShock controllers. The console is currently available for pre-order on both Amazon U.S and Amazon U.K.

Here’s the list of the 20 pre-loaded games which the PlayStation Classic comes with:

  • Battle Arena Toshinden
  • Cool Boarders 2
  • Destruction Derby
  • Final Fantasy VII
  • Grand Theft Auto
  • Intelligent Qube
  • Jumping Flash
